Requirements
Must:
- Over 6 years of experience in cybersecurity
- At least 4 years of experience in threat intelligence or research
- Proficient in analyzing nation-state or criminal cyber activities
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, SIEM systems, and endpoint security tools
- Familiarity with frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, Cyber Kill Chain, or Diamond Model
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- Preferred qualifications include experience in intelligence community or national security environments
- Familiarity with threat intelligence platforms like MISP, Mandiant, CrowdStrike, Recorded Future, etc.
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications (GCIA, GCIH, GCFA, GNFA, GCTI, GREM)
- Experience presenting to senior leadership or executive stakeholders
- Active TS/SCI clearance is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assess threat intelligence from various sources to pinpoint risks and trends
- Enhance incident detection and response with intelligence-driven insights
- Develop and improve detection strategies in response to adversary behavior
- Create comprehensive intelligence reports and presentations for both technical and executive audiences
- Collaborate closely with SOC, incident response, and threat hunting teams
- Monitor and profile threat actors, including both nation-state and criminal groups
