Requirements
Must:
5+ years' of development experience and extensive knowledge and experience in C#, .NET Core
Experience designing and implementing software quality patterns and practices (continuous integration, static analysis, unit testing, integrated testing)
Understanding of SOA, software security architecture, REST APIs, and other architectural patterns
Proficient with source control management repositories (such as GIT, SVN, etc.) and CM practices
Strong understanding of object-oriented analysis and design
Nice to have:
Experience with Algorithm development, Simulations, and Signal Processing Possess proven troubleshooting skills Be curious, detail oriented, and analytical, with a proven ability to learn quickly Be customer-focused, team-oriented, and motivated, taking ownership of assigned tasks Have proven verbal and written communication skills Experience with user interface developmentResponsibilities
Design and develop world-class software for DNA sequencing devices, cloud-based genomics services, bioinformatics platforms, clinical applications, and/or lab automation.
Ensure software architecture aligns with user needs to bring high-value products to market
Comfortable working in an Agile team environment
Lead investigation and resolution of technical problems within the department
Drive awareness of industry trends and evaluate the applicability of new software technologies to the latest Sequencing platforms
Foster innovation at a department level and contributes ideas to software road mapping
