Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in SQL Server development (T-SQL)/n- Expertise in writing and optimizing intricate SQL queries/n- Background in performance tuning (including indexes, execution plans, and refactoring)/n- Development experience with stored procedures, views, and resolving production issues/n- Proficient in Classic ASP (VBScript) development/n- Experience in maintaining and enhancing existing code/n- Familiarity with ADO, session management, and request/response lifecycle/n- Demonstrated ability to debug older, minimally documented applications/n- Established experience in supporting legacy production systems and applications/n- Previous exposure to stable legacy environments/n- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills/n- Ability to work autonomously with limited documentation/n- Experience in environments focused on safe, incremental improvements and support/n- Helpful but not mandatory: experience working with third-party/vendor applications/n- Nice-to-have knowledge of basic IIS and Windows hosting (app pools, permissions, deployments)/n- Familiarity with modernization patterns is a plus/n- Required exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Responsibilities

Description
We are seeking a dedicated T-SQL Developer with Classic ASP (VBScript) experience for a fully remote contract position in Concord, NH. While we welcome applicants from anywhere in the contiguous United States, local candidates who can occasionally visit the office will be prioritized.
