PMP certified IT project manager - hybrid

- Provide Project Management support for the transition of an in-house EMS registry to an ImageTrend SaaS product - Collaborate closely with the program and vendors to execute an approved Statement of Work and ensure clarity in responsibilities and expectations - Develop a comprehensive project plan, identifying key action items to facilitate successful collaboration between the program and vendor PMs - Enforce vendor adherence to the expectations laid out in the SOW, particularly regarding data migration from the legacy system to the SaaS solution - Work with leadership to make necessary decisions throughout the project - Direct and manage enhancements and the development of high-priority IT projects of strategic importance - Ensure projects are completed within set timelines and budgets while meeting business and quality standards - Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, design, execution, testing, and implementation - Maintain communication with project stakeholders, delivering status updates and tracking progress against the project schedule - Address and mitigate project risks and issues, utilizing a RAID+ Log for documentation - Foster relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project objectives
