Requirements
Must:
- Functional and technical expertise in financial software implementation, particularly with the Oracle suite.
- Ability to analyze intricate business and technical challenges and provide effective recommendations.
- Strong skills in communicating project updates clearly and efficiently.
- Proven track record of leading teams to deliver projects that enhance user productivity while ensuring business compliance.
- Capability to assess current functionalities and identify essential business needs.
- Experience in converting requirements into testing conditions and expected outcomes for various testing phases (product, performance, user acceptance).
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Financial System Design, specifically Oracle ERP (Oracle Enterprise Business Suite).
Responsibilities
- Review and assess the functionality of existing financial systems and recommend improvements.
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment and proper direction of projects.
- Conduct business process engineering to refine workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Draft and maintain project documentation, ensuring clarity and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure adherence to agile methodologies including PMI and Scrum practices.
- Help translate business requirements into actionable tasks for development and testing teams.
