Requirements

Must:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Support Service - Strong knowledge of PC, desktop, and printer hardware - Proficient understanding of PC internal components - Practical experience in hardware troubleshooting - Extensive background in equipment support - Familiarity with current protocols, operating systems, and standards - Ability to use tools, components, and peripheral accessories - Capacity to interpret technical manuals and documentation - High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is mandatory; an Associates degree or higher in information technology is preferred. - Physical capability to sit, stand, or walk for long durations; dexterity for computer operation and handling tools; ability to lift and move moderately heavy equipment - Valid drivers license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation required

Responsibilities

- Consistently monitor service tickets and ensure timely resolution - Record new processes and solutions, sharing updates with the team - Exhibit and comply with all safety policies and practices of TSP and customers - Adhere to 5S procedures in cleanroom and office - Keep TSP management informed about issues affecting customer satisfaction - Conduct business activities that reflect a professional image - Install, diagnose, and replace WYSE Thin Clients, Ubuntu PCs, and Dell laptops as needed - Install, troubleshoot, and reinstall Windows XP, 2000, Windows 7, and Windows 10 as required - Install, troubleshoot, and replace Zebra, Intermec, Honeywell label printers, inkjet, and laser printers as necessary - Set up and adjust terminals as required - Utilize Fluke Nettool for testing LAN drops and resolving basic network issues - Collaborate closely with the customer’s internal team and fulfill designated tasks - Elevate unresolved issues to the operations coordinator or field service manager - Provide desktop and laptop hardware and Microsoft software support, including web browser and SharePoint assistance - Oversee deployment of new desktops, laptops, and accessories - Support conference rooms and meetings - Assist with desktop and Follow-Me printer support - Facilitate IT office moves including desk phone and voicemail setup - Inspect and pull network cables, and manage VPN, firewall, and proxy settings - Manage AID/XID (user ID) enterprise accounts - Handle data backup and recovery tasks - Offer application support - Ensure facility safety and compliance with ESH standards - Participate in data center walkthroughs - Support automation initiatives - Maintain a customer-focused positive attitude - May be required to work on holidays based on support needs - May need to pick up additional shifts as requested
