Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of experience with SAP, including 5+ years specifically in SAP EWM
- Proven leadership in at least 2 full-cycle SAP EWM implementations
- Strong configuration expertise in various EWM modules such as Labor Management, RF Framework, Warehouse Structure, and Inbound/Outbound processes
- In-depth knowledge of Labor Management procedures including planned vs. executed workload and performance metrics
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
Responsibilities
- Lead the comprehensive implementation of SAP EWM, concentrating on Labor Management functionalities
- Configure and enhance Labor Management features such as workload planning and performance analysis
- Integrate SAP EWM with ECC and other external systems, including HR and logistics
- Analyze business needs and convert them into both functional and technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in logistics, supply chain, and IT to align labor strategies with operational objectives
- Conduct testing, training sessions, and provide support during the go-live phase
- Mentor junior consultants and oversee both onshore and offshore teams
- Create thorough documentation, including process flows and training materials
- Advocate for ongoing improvements utilizing SAP EWM capabilities
