Requirements
Must:
- Experience in software/IT support, deployment, or technical support in a client setting.
- Strong proficiency in Windows environments and basic networking knowledge (IP, VPN, firewall).
- Ability to analyze logs and perform structured troubleshooting.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written).
- Willingness to travel internationally.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients remotely (diagnosis, follow-up, case documentation) and on-site as needed.
- Test, validate, and approve systems prior to shipment (software, configurations, test scenarios, acceptance criteria).
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to software, configurations, performance, logs, and network connectivity.
- Prepare and configure environments (workstations/servers, settings, updates, licenses, backups) according to internal processes.
- Operate, calibrate, and validate vision equipment (cameras and calibration procedures) in a production context.
- Plan and coordinate startups with clients (IT prerequisites, checklist, timeline, follow-up).
- Produce and maintain documentation (procedures, deployment guides, startup checklists, intervention and validation reports).
- Train and support users during deployment when required.

At Numetrix, we are a Sherbrooke-based company that specializes in designing AI-powered automated inspection solutions. Our clientele primarily consists of manufacturing companies in the automotive sector, including several of the top 10 tire manufacturers worldwide.
