Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Veeva Quality Suite, eTMF, CTMS, and RIM
- Strong analytical abilities to assess business needs and design solutions
- Expertise in configuring the Veeva Vault system, including security roles and workflows
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and internal teams
- Proven ability to conduct training sessions and create instructional materials
- Knowledge of compliance standards, such as GxP
- Skills in process optimization and creating process maps
Responsibilities
- Design and configure solutions by translating client requirements into technical specifications for the Veeva Vault system
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating discussions and collaborating with internal teams for effective project execution
- Oversee system management, including routine maintenance, user support, and the management of system upgrades
- Develop documentation, lead training sessions, and act as a subject matter expert for QMS and eTMF systems
- Ensure all system operations and documentation adhere to regulatory and compliance standards
- Evaluate existing business processes to help clients enhance efficiency, often developing process maps and job aids
Description
We are looking for an experienced Veeva Technical Consultant to implement, configure, and provide support for the Veeva Vault system, including QMS, QDocs, eTMF, and RIM. This role is based in San Carlos, CA, and operates in a hybrid format requiring on-site presence three days a week. As a contractor, you will play a vital role in our team, bringing your expertise to help our clients navigate complex requirements and optimize their processes while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
