Requirements
Must:
- 5-10 years of experience in US Staffing Business Development
- Proven success in establishing new accounts and driving staffing needs
- Strong network connections with Direct Clients, MSPs, and Vendor Programs
- Comprehensive knowledge of the US Staffing lifecycle, including Compliance and Delivery models
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client-facing abilities
- Capability to operate independently with minimal oversight
Responsibilities
- Actively identify, pursue, and onboard new Clients including Direct clients, MSPs, and VMS-driven accounts
- Utilize existing industry connections to generate immediate Staffing needs
- Conduct in-person and virtual meetings to comprehend client hiring requirements and timelines
- Represent our company at market events, industry gatherings, and networking opportunities
- Collaborate closely with Recruiting/Delivery teams to meet open requirements
- Facilitate the flow of requirements across IT and specialized skill areas as necessary
- Ensure consistent pipeline development and Account growth
- Manage client expectations, ensuring high-quality delivery and responsiveness
- Stay informed about US Staffing trends, rate structures, compliance, and client hiring behaviors
- Cultivate trusted relationships with Hiring Managers and Procurement teams
- Negotiate contracts, MSAs, and SOWs in coordination with the Contracts Team
