Requirements
Must:
- Hands-on knowledge of essential technologies including Microsoft Azure, MS Active Directory, Microsoft Group Policy, MS Office 365, CoPilot AI, Cisco Hardware, MS Teams, and Zoom
- Familiarity with Cisco-Meraki hardware and its portal
- Capability to convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to multitask, and effectively prioritize client concerns
- Proficient understanding of Windows 10/11 and Mac OS
- Exceptional analytical abilities
- 2-year Technical Degree or BS Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- 2-3 years of pertinent technical experience in part-time, full-time, or internship roles
- Valid Drivers License (Required)
Responsibilities
- Monitor and address help desk requests
- Deliver outstanding client support
- Meet with client decision-makers to propose various IT solutions
- Provide both on-site and remote desktop assistance
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to PCs and servers
- Report findings and recommend solutions to IT leadership
- Install, set up, and configure network routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, servers, and more
- Manage Technical Upgrades MSP portals
- Establish site-to-site VPN and client VPN connections
- Support the onboarding or migration of new clients
- Oversee system compliance measures for clients, including PCI and HIPAA regulations
- Manage the networks and cloud infrastructures of multiple clients
- Ensure adherence to network security protocols, implement hardening measures, and respond to breaches
- Train clients on various software, hardware, operating systems, and operational procedures
- Collaborate with Technical Upgrades support team and management on significant internal and client-oriented projects
- Assess system requirements for different hardware and software products
- Ensure project deadlines and budget constraints are consistently met
- Stay informed about the latest technologies and developments in the industry
- Assist the sales team in client procurement initiatives
