Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a technical writer or document specialist
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent time management abilities
- Proficiency in written English communication
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Ability to write diverse technical documents including articles, reports, brochures, and manuals
- Experience in coordinating graphics display and document production
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in documentation
- Knowledge of MS Office, Salesforce, and PowerPoint
- Previous experience with Windchill is a plus
Responsibilities
- Document processes within the Heart Failure Division using existing templates
- Collaborate with various departments, managers, and stakeholders
- Extract information from meetings, provided documents, and internal systems to create documents
- Send completed documents to stakeholders for approval
- Follow up with stakeholders to address any updates or questions regarding the documents
- Upload finalized documents once approved
- Manage multiple documents simultaneously
- Utilize various sites and systems for documentation tasks
- Maintain excellent attention to detail and organization
- Engage in effective communication to ask pertinent follow-up questions regarding processes being documented
Description
We are seeking a Technical Writer to join our Heart Failure Division based in Lake Mary, FL. This is a contract position lasting until March 26, 2027. Our team values collaboration and continuous improvement, and you will play a key role in documenting essential processes. We offer a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with flexible start times between 8 AM and 9 AM, Monday through Friday. You will have the opportunity to work closely with various departments and develop important documentation that supports our operational functions.
