Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with writing and executing test cases based on requirements or user stories
- Basic knowledge of SQL queries and relational databases
- Experience with defect tracking tools, such as Jira or Azure DevOps
- Strong attention to detail and a dedication to delivering high-quality software
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adhere to on-site presence requirements
Responsibilities
- Assist in executing manual test cases for applications, data workflows, and reporting systems
- Support activities related to functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing
- Accurately document defects using tracking tools and assist with their retesting and validation
- Validate data quality and consistency through basic SQL queries
- Participate in test planning sessions and requirements reviews to grasp the testing scope
- Review and validate documentation, including user guides and test artifacts, for thoroughness and accuracy
- Ensure that testing aligns with agency quality standards, accessibility requirements, and security compliance
- Collaborate with QA leads, developers, and analysts to troubleshoot issues and confirm resolutions

Located in the DC metropolitan area, we specialize in advanced cloud services, modernizing IT infrastructures and applications, leveraging Agile methodologies, and harnessing Data Analytics. Since our inception in August 2016, we have proudly supported numerous impactful government programs. We are currently looking for a Junior Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in a hybrid role, requiring onsite work three days a week, to support enterprise software and data quality initiatives at a federal agency.
