IT Project Manager - Agile & Cloud

- Oversee the comprehensive planning and execution of IT projects from inception to deployment and closure. - Ensure the quality of project outputs and facilitate end-user acceptance, documentation, and the transition of solutions to operational teams. - Compose and present frequent technical and financial updates to stakeholders, including project sponsors and agency leadership. - Manage the provision of technical solutions while ensuring alignment with agency standards, architectural frameworks, and strategic objectives. - Conduct Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, scrum meetings, and retrospective sessions. - Track and supervise progress through all project stages; identify and address project issues or risks proactively. - Convert business and technical requirements into actionable work breakdown structures and delegate tasks to appropriate team members. - Create and maintain project schedules, risk management documents, action logs, communication strategies, and change control processes. - Coordinate project tasks among multidisciplinary teams, ensuring optimal resource allocation, task prioritization, and team cohesion. - Define project scope, objectives, milestones, task dependencies, timelines, and deliverables utilizing standard project management methods and tools.
