Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 2-3 years of IT experience in a business environment
- Proficient in providing desktop user support for both Windows and Mac systems
- Knowledgeable in Active Directory and Office 365
- Experience with Meraki and Unifi access points and switches
- Skilled in network troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11 Pro and Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022
- Experience with SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
- Experience with Meraki Firewalls is a plus
- Familiarity with Datto and ITGlue is a plus
- IT certifications such as Microsoft or CompTIA are preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide daily helpdesk assistance and accurately document work in the ticketing system
- Troubleshoot Microsoft infrastructure for both on-premise and cloud solutions, including Active Directory, Office 365, Outlook, and Azure
- Support and maintain customer IT infrastructure, including servers, applications, and cloud platforms
- Install and troubleshoot various applications such as Adobe, QuickBooks, Bluebeam, Solidworks, Sentinel One, Huntress, Chrome, SharePoint, Teams, and Printers
- Safeguard customer data and systems through firewalls, utilizing Meraki or SonicWall, along with security solutions, backups, and a Zero Trust platform
- Resolve technical issues and provide effective support for resolutions
