As a Full Stack AI Engineer at TechAhead, you should possess:
- Proficiency in designing and developing full-stack applications that incorporate AI/ML models, real-time analytics, automation, and conversational agents.
- Experience in creating advanced AI-driven voice bots, ideally using technologies like VAPI or similar.
- Familiarity with backend microservices development and the creation of secure, customer-facing applications.
- Strong capability to manage the complete engineering lifecycle for AI projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as HIPAA.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP) and the ability to design secure, modular, and API-first systems.
- Knowledge of implementing CI/CD pipelines and monitoring frameworks for cloud-native environments.
- Understanding of generative AI and LLM (Large Language Model) integration to develop conversational AI solutions.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.

In this role, I will require you to:
1. Design, develop, and implement full-stack applications that seamlessly integrate AI capabilities to address client needs.
2. Own the entire product development process, from initial architecture to testing and scalable deployment.
3. Architect cloud systems that prioritize data security and compliance, implementing best practices in system design.
4. Create LLM-driven solutions that enhance client interactions through automation and contextual insights.
5. Collaborate closely with client teams to assess workflows and propose effective AI solutions.
6. Provide technical consultation and support for new proposals and initiatives, articulating technical challenges to varied stakeholders.
7. Produce detailed technical documentation and conduct training sessions to ensure proper knowledge transfer.
8. Stay abreast of technological advancements in AI and relate them to our solutions to maintain our leading edge in healthcare technology.
Description
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $70,000.00 - $97,032.52 per year.
