Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 6+ years of experience in Salesforce administration
- 6+ years of experience in declarative Salesforce configuration
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or requirements gathering
- 4+ years of experience in enterprise security administration
- 4+ years of experience in release management using Copado or similar tools
- 3+ years of experience in integration support (REST/SOAP, MuleSoft, document workflows)
- 2+ years of experience in Agile project methodology
- Current Salesforce Administrator Certification is essential
Responsibilities
- Oversee Salesforce user management including profiles, permission sets, licenses, and security controls across multiple organizations
- Implement Lightning pages, Dynamic Forms, custom objects, validation rules, and Salesforce Flows
- Assist with sandbox strategies, release coordination, and deployments utilizing Copado
- Uphold governance standards for metadata, naming conventions, and access management
- Manage Salesforce Agentforce/Salesforce Einstein configurations including guardrails, prompts, and audit controls
- Collaborate with integration teams focused on MuleSoft, REST/SOAP services, DocuSign, and Microsoft SharePoint
- Generate reports, dashboards, and facilitate data governance activities
- Conduct requirements gathering, document business processes, and support Agile delivery utilizing Jira and Confluence
