Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in application development as part of agile/scrum teams
- Minimum 8 years of experience in user experience design focused on customer needs
- Minimum 6 years of experience in multiple full-cycle Salesforce implementations
- Minimum 6 years of strong communication and documentation skills
- Minimum 6 years of experience with Salesforce OmniStudio (FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures)
- Minimum 6 years of experience in software development with Salesforce.com API and third-party API integrations (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP, DocuSign)
- Minimum 6 years of experience in writing unit tests, integration tests, and supporting UAT
- Minimum 4 years of experience supporting large enterprise or multi-org Salesforce environments
- Minimum 4 years of experience with complex application security requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Project, and Visio, as well as collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Copado DevOps pipelines
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (ingestion and identity resolution)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical estimation, code reviews, and sprint planning
- Minimum 2 years of certification as Salesforce Platform Developer I
- Minimum 2 years of experience facilitating Agentforce/EIN features
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a senior development role during a full lifecycle Salesforce implementation
- Preferred 4 years of experience with LWC UI/UX design and 508 Compliance
- Preferred 3 years of experience in enterprise architectural design & patterns
- Preferred 3 years of experience with Jira & Confluence for backlog management
- Preferred 2 years of experience with Information Security compliance
- Preferred 2 years of experience collaborating across technical/business teams and within the public sector
- Preferred 1 year of Telicon/TLO coordination experience
- Preferred 1 year of experience with ServiceNow or ITSM platforms
- Preferred 1 year of certifications in OmniStudio Developer, Data Cloud Consultant, Einstein/Agentforce Specialist, and Administrator
Responsibilities
- Participate actively in Agile Scrum teams, contributing in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions in a secure Government Cloud environment
- Collaborate on technical discussions for story refinement and sprint planning
- Execute unit and integration testing, and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Contribute to secure deployment processes using Copado DevOps pipelines
- Support initiatives related to Salesforce Data Cloud
- Coordinate integration of external systems, including SharePoint and others
- Analyze application performance for continuous improvement
- Mentor junior development staff to enhance their skills
- Implement AI-assisted features and ensure compliance with security requirements
