Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of experience in data management systems, with at least 5 years specializing in Oracle database and data warehousing technologies.
- Minimum 5 years in consulting or senior leadership positions.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
- 5 years of direct experience using Oracle ETL tools.
- 5 years of practical experience in Oracle database development, with proficiency in PL/SQL.
- Expert-level knowledge in Oracle Data Warehousing, including 2 years experience with Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse in an OCI environment.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement Oracle data warehouse solutions following industry best practices.
- Experience in data management practice assessments and creating architecture documentation.
- Expertise in data backup, recovery, and disaster preparedness.
- Strong presentation and communication skills tailored for executive audiences.
- At least 2 years of experience with Star, Snowflake, and/or Hybrid schemas.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar field is preferred.
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) certification at the Associate level is advantageous.
- Certification as an Oracle Database SQL Certified Associate.
- Oracle Database certifications focusing on administration are a plus.
- Experience in public sector projects, particularly in transportation or healthcare.
- Relevant industry certifications in Oracle database/data warehouse and cloud platforms.
- Experience in multi-domain projects addressing complex data challenges is beneficial.
- Proven consulting experience with an emphasis on client engagement.
Responsibilities
