IT Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our IT team in a support and logistics role. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on staying busy and keeping everything organized, playing an important part in the daily operations of a managed IT service provider. I will support our helpdesk team by managing intake, performing basic support tasks, and organizing inventory, all while being the first point of contact for answering calls and creating tickets. This role is vital for allowing our technicians to focus on higher-level work and ensuring our client environments are well-maintained and up-to-date.
