Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience in asset management (preferably in IT, software, or related tracking)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, data analysis, and reconciliation)
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Capability to work autonomously and manage several tasks at once
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with software licensing and compliance tracking
- Experience in large enterprise or project-based asset environments (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Assist in the intake of assets and ongoing management activities
- Maintain, update, and accurately track asset records
- Conduct software licensing reconciliation, identifying inconsistencies and facilitating resolution
- Analyze and oversee asset data utilizing Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and reconciliation
- Provide general administrative support related to asset management as required
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure proper documentation and alignment of assets with project needs
Description
We are seeking a dedicated professional for our Asset Management Support Role located in Malvern, PA. This is a contract position lasting over 6 months, with the possibility of extension. Our team focuses on efficient asset management and maintaining high accuracy in our records.
