Requirements
Must:
- A+ certification or 1-2 years of experience in an end-user support role
- 1-3 years of experience in deploying MS Windows desktop operating systems
- Fundamental understanding of Software Distribution and Patch Management tools
- Familiarity with ITSM systems such as ServiceNow
- Basic knowledge of network infrastructure and security principles
Responsibilities
- Address service desk tickets and outages through phone, email, or online platforms, ensuring effective incident management and escalation as required.
- Deliver second-level support for hardware and software issues.
- Assist with the installation and configuration of hardware and software in line with corporate policies and guidelines.
- Support troubleshooting and diagnosis of hardware/software errors.
- Facilitate PC replacement initiatives and emergency equipment swaps.
- Provide hands-on support for IT project implementations.
- Contribute to local backup operations in accordance with corporate policies.
- Uphold confidentiality regarding all user data and associated information.
- Emphasize high-quality White Glove executive support.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related tasks as assigned.
Description
We are looking for an End User Analyst (Level 2) to join our team in Willis, Texas. This is a contract role that has the potential for conversion to full-time employment in approximately 3-4 months. Our workplace operates onsite, with work hours from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and future shifts may vary if converted to FTE. In this fast-paced environment, we value collaboration and a high standard of customer service, ensuring that every user experience is professional and supportive. We are undertaking a rolling laptop deployment initiative and seek a candidate with a strong technical background and exceptional interpersonal skills.
