Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in Mainframe technologies including COBOL, CICS, DB2, SQL, and JCL
- Experience with financial applications on Mainframe systems
- Familiarity with COBOL code generators such as TELON
- Prior development and conversion experience in Child Support Applications is advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and implement Mainframe applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure system functionality
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing applications
- Optimize and enhance application performance to meet user needs
- Conduct system tests and develop documentation for processes and procedures
- Participate in ongoing training and knowledge-sharing sessions
