Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle EBS, focusing on at least two of the following modules: Purchasing, WMS, WIP, Cost, BOM, MRP, Order Management, and Inventory, with a strong emphasis on WMS
- Proven expertise as a subject matter expert in at least one Oracle EBS module
- Experience in Discrete Manufacturing is mandatory; familiarity with configure/build/engineer-to-order environments is preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing objectives and processes
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to navigate ambiguity while collaborating with stakeholders to achieve clarity and consensus
- Participation in all stages of the Systems Development Lifecycle, including planning, requirement analysis, solution design, testing, training, and implementation
- Independence in gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements
Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with manufacturing leaders, business users, and IT colleagues to develop, implement, and support manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics solutions
- Lead and manage cross-functional business projects
- Guide end users through training and testing activities, including the creation of user guides and training materials
- Document business processes, test plans, and conduct in-person reviews of materials
- Analyze and clarify current and future state processes, identifying gaps
- Develop and present solution design alternatives, facilitating group discussions to finalize recommendations
- Estimate project timelines, resource needs, and funding requirements
- Provide ongoing production support for Oracle EBS and associated manufacturing processes
- Organize and lead meetings, ensuring follow-through on commitments and action items
- Undertake additional responsibilities as needed
