Requirements
Must:
- 1 year of help desk experience preferred
- Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Proficient in engaging with end-users via phone, email, or chat
- Familiarity with troubleshooting software and hardware issues remotely
- Capacity to comprehend and implement technical concepts effectively
- Basic knowledge of ecommerce websites and APIs
- Competence in utilizing service management applications for case logging
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and logical reasoning skills
Responsibilities
- Assist end-users with technical issues through first-level support channels
- Accurately communicate solutions for software and hardware faults
- Gather and validate information from users to expedite service restoration
- Utilize knowledge bases for effective problem-solving techniques
- Maintain case logs to ensure process adherence and accountability
- Escalate unresolved inquiries to higher-level support as necessary
- Monitor and meet performance metrics for quality, service levels, and productivity
- Provide first-level triage and resolution based on Knowledge Articles and SOPs
- Stay abreast of product and service updates for efficient user support
Description
