Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Proven customer service skills
- Fluency in English and French
- Commitment to complete online training with full attendance
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 100 MBPS download, 30 MBPS upload) with a wired Ethernet/LAN connection
Responsibilities
- Act as the initial point of contact for customers seeking technical support
- Offer step-by-step guidance for users to troubleshoot common issues like connectivity and VoIP registration along with equipment setup
- Educate customers about product functionalities and troubleshooting methods to enable them to resolve issues independently
- Address customer complaints and concerns empathetically and professionally, ensuring prompt resolution and satisfaction
- Create, update, and manage support tickets, ensuring comprehensive documentation of customer issues and solutions in the CRM system
- Escalate complex technical problems to higher-level support or relevant departments for thorough investigation and resolution while ensuring timely follow-ups with customers
- Work collaboratively with other teams, such as Network Operations and Customer Service, to comprehensively resolve customer issues
- Utilize knowledge bases and tools to aid in problem-solving
