Requirements

Must:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT and customer service is required. - Familiarity with IT Ticketing and Service Desk Systems is essential. - Experience in drafting support documentation is necessary. - Proficiency in AV, Surveillance, and Access Control systems is a must. - Industry certifications are advantageous. - A background in Managed IT Services is preferred. - High School Diploma is required; a College Degree is favored. - Certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

- Provide remote customer service and support to all clients as they request assistance with technical issues and systems. - Respond to incidents via phone, email, in-person, or through remote access. - Offer technical assistance with the delivery, configuration, setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, hardware, and software. - Conduct training sessions for client users on supported systems. - Train fellow staff members on troubleshooting and diagnosing issues. - Collect feedback from customers to enhance training methods. - Write and refine training manuals and knowledgebase articles within the support system. - Monitor daily operations and proactively maintain support tasks. - Generate reports and analyze recurring complaints and issues to improve service quality and add value for our clients. - Participate in project-related activities for client projects, including new client buildouts, office relocations, cabling work, etc. - Assist with marketing and sales initiatives in respective regions to support company growth. - Provide onsite operational support at regional locations when required by management or during scheduled visits. - Handle other job-related tasks as assigned by management.

You will engage not only in daily support for technical issues but also in numerous projects that encompass a broad array of technologies from standard IT environments to security solutions. This is a full-time position offering a starting salary of $45,000 per year, along with benefits such as 401(k) matching, dental and health insurance, paid time off, and more. Please note that this role requires 75% travel, and applicants must be located in Mobile, AL, or Gulf Shores, AL to be considered.
