Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience supporting Cisco network environments
- Proficient in the deployment and troubleshooting of Cisco and Meraki hardware
- Required certifications: CCNA/CCNP; CMNA preferred
- Familiar with TCP/IP, Subnetting, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, routers, switches, VPN concentrators, and firewalls
- Knowledge of security practices including firewall configuration, VPN technologies, IDS/IPS management, and compliance with security protocols
- Scripting experience in Python and PowerShell for network task automation
- Exposure to monitoring tools such as LogicMonitor and N-Able, and experience with ticketing systems (ConnectWise is an advantage)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot cabling, connectivity, and performance issues in intricate environments
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main technical support contact for users, swiftly diagnosing and resolving issues
- Troubleshoot network-related problems to minimize downtime
- Implement necessary changes to enhance network performance
- Maintain the overall health and functionality of the network
- Collaborate with team members to address complex problems
