Requirements
Must:
- 3–5 years of practical IT support experience, preferably in MSPs or client-facing roles
- Proficiency in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory, firewalls, and security tools
- Experience in building or working with lab environments
- Desire for ownership, professional growth, and visibility beyond basic help desk functions
- At least CompTIA Security+ certification, with a commitment to pursue Network+, A+, or Project+ certification
- Clear and respectful communication skills with both technical and non-technical users
- Drivers License (required)
- Ability to commute within 20 minutes of Memphis, TN (required)
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support to users through remote tools and occasional site visits
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure AD, Windows OS, networking (DNS, DHCP), among others
- Establish and manage secure environments for endpoints, printers, firewalls, and cloud services
- Oversee device maintenance and security, including imaging, patch management, and asset oversight
- Implement and support advanced tools such as SIEM, SOC, SASE, and DNS
- Collaborate with the team in client strategy, vulnerability remediation, compliance, and incident response
- Manage and close support tickets within SLAs using tools like Autotask and NinjaOne (or similar)
