Requirements
Must:
- Strong knowledge of Apple systems, including macOS, iOS/iPadOS devices, and Apple ecosystem management tools
- Proven experience providing efficient, hands-on technical support and being a reliable resource for troubleshooting and user assistance
- Solid grasp of network fundamentals with the ability to assist in mixed operational environments (Apple client devices, Microsoft and Linux-based servers, and networking hardware)
- Understanding of security principles with the capability to apply standards in alignment with organizational policies
- Experience with enterprise backup and recovery solutions, including hybrid on-prem/cloud strategies, routine upkeep, planning, and evaluation
- Familiarity with contemporary cloud platforms for productivity, identity, and device management; capable of offering insights and support in management and troubleshooting
- Self-driven with a proactive attitude; eager to independently spot issues, learn swiftly, and take initiative on projects while collaborating with the team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational capabilities, and genuine enthusiasm for Apple products
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user technical support in an Apple-focused environment
- Maintain and troubleshoot client computers and mobile devices (Mac, iPhone, iPad), along with related hardware and software
- Deliver exceptional help desk service to users, including those new to Apple devices in a manufacturing context
- Resolve day-to-day user issues, deploy, and configure Apple devices to ensure seamless operations for our team
- Contribute insights and assistance in complementary areas such as backup and recovery management, cloud services management, server/datastore engagement, IT automation, and basic network support
- Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance user support and drive progress on projects
