We are seeking candidates with a degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) or Computer Science, or individuals with relevant training. If you have prior experience in help desk support and a passion for Apple products, we would love for you to apply.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be tasked with maintaining our client computer and device environment, which includes Mac, PC, iPhone, and iPad. Your duties will involve analyzing requirements, troubleshooting issues, installing hardware and software solutions, and providing support for our internal IT Helpdesk. You will handle the administration and internal assistance for our company’s PCs, printers, servers, and related equipment. This entails offering end user support, managing configurations, and performing necessary maintenance and upgrades.
