Requirements
Must:
- 9-12 years of expertise in enterprise network engineering
- Proficient in LAN/WAN switching, routing, and network design
- Familiarity with SDN technologies is a plus
- Hands-on experience with Arista data center solutions is highly desirable
- Strong background with Palo Alto firewalls and VPN solutions
- Robust experience in Cisco wireless systems with Cisco Client
- Experience with F5 load balancers configuration and deployment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure networking preferred
- Cisco CCNP certification required; CCIE written is strongly preferred
- Preferred certifications include Palo Alto PCNSA/PCNSE and F5
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, upgrade, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure in data center and campus settings
- Support environments utilizing Arista and Cisco switching/routing, including Layer 2/3 design and operations
- Maintain and resolve issues with Cisco wireless solutions, including Cisco Client
- Manage security policies, VPN solutions, and Palo Alto firewalls
- Configure and maintain F5 load balancers
- Develop, document, and uphold operational runbooks and support procedures
- Engage in network monitoring, incident response, and uphold security compliance
- Contribute to project delivery while ensuring smooth day-to-day network operations
Description
We are in search of an accomplished Senior Network Engineer to become a vital part of our team in Irvine, CA. This hands-on role will focus on the deployment, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our network infrastructure across our data centers and campus environments. The position requires on-site presence a minimum of four days a week and may include travel within North America up to six times a year.
