Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations
- Proficient in various ServiceNow platforms, including ITSM, ITOM, and business applications
- Required experience with Service Portal
- Required experience with Orchestration
- Extensive knowledge in ServiceNow platform development, administration, workflow, and web services
- Expertise in infrastructure, application, and data design architectures for comprehensive customer solutions
- Experience with CMDB design, architecture, and implementations (such as CCMDB, UCMDB, etc.)
- In-depth understanding of service-oriented and distributed application architecture in enterprise environments (including web services, data access, persistence, and client/server models)
- Familiarity with Cloud Management Platforms such as AWS, VMware, and BMC
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams to implement and customize ServiceNow solutions
- Develop and maintain Service Portal and orchestration functionalities
- Design and architect CMDB and broader solutions to meet client needs
- Manage the development and administration of workflows and web services within the ServiceNow platform
- Analyze infrastructure and application data to ensure optimal design
- Provide expert knowledge and guidance on service-oriented architectures
- Engage with Cloud Management Platforms to enhance ServiceNow integrations
