Requirements
Must:
- Ability to effectively plan and execute laboratory operations.
- Proficiency in maintaining precise records of experiments and data.

- Willingness to work under supervision, with an expectation of growing independence over time.
- Experience in Quality Control (QC) or Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, with excellent multitasking abilities and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in biological or chemical sciences (chemistry or biochemistry).
- Bachelor’s degree with 0-3 years of experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, or capillary electrophoresis is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conducting in-process and finished product testing in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Completing necessary documentation to support testing procedures, such as data capture forms, equipment logbooks, and inventory records.
- Entering compliance data for specifications and reporting any anomalies.
- Calibrating and maintaining laboratory equipment as per established protocols.
- Ensuring laboratory instrumentation is maintained according to scheduled maintenance.
- Managing inventory levels to facilitate the performance of assigned responsibilities.
- Reading, understanding, and adhering to SOPs while complying with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
- Utilizing critical thinking to resolve issues as they arise.
- Daily application of good manufacturing and laboratory practices.
- Following company safety guidelines and procedures consistently.
- Assisting in the execution of protocols and laboratory studies for QC investigations, method validation, and stability studies, contingent upon demonstrated capability.
- Conducting laboratory testing as directed and scheduled.
- Maintaining training records with a goal of 95% completion on time, achieving 100% before engaging in any relevant analyses.
- Executing technology transfers and other studies pertaining to basic/platform laboratory test methodologies.
