Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field with 2 years of relevant experience, or a Masters degree with no experience required.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting specifications, schematics, parts lists, and block diagrams.
- Familiar with RF hardware and software.
- Solid understanding of RF theory and principles.
- Knowledgeable in digital circuit design.
- Experience using RF test equipment such as DMMs, power supplies, oscilloscopes, power meters, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators.
- Ability to communicate effectively across teams and be self-motivated.
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office tools is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of testing methodologies and processes to enhance performance.
- Diagnose and support RF and digital hardware issues.
- Evaluate and assess Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs), including debugging and isolating faults across various circuit technologies.
- Aid in achieving First Time Through Test Yield (FTTTY) and managing hardware deliveries.
- Analyze testing data and identify emerging trends.
- Gather data and suggest modifications necessary in testing equipment, procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing protocols.
- Collaborate with design engineers to create and apply hardware enhancements and solutions.
- Assist technicians through troubleshooting and provide training support.
- Oversee product yields and work proactively to achieve program yield objectives.
- Contribute to program meetings by developing root causes and corrective action plans.
- Present findings on yield issues and investigations during program meetings.
- Interface with various teams including manufacturing management, technicians, production engineers, and program support.
