Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree
- 5-7 years of project management experience handling the full lifecycle of multiple projects in a global enterprise
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Microsoft Project
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in a collaborative environment
- Proven track record of delivering projects within budget and on schedule while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities from assessment to solution
- Capability to establish and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to adapt swiftly to changing circumstances and priorities
- Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience managing multiple projects and responsibilities
- Broad knowledge of project management principles and practices
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage project methodologies and delivery processes
- Control project schedules and timelines
- Manage risks and issues associated with the project
- Oversee scope change management efforts
- Manage project budget, including cost variance tracking
- Communicate project status clearly to various levels within the organization
- Facilitate stakeholder, client, and project team expectations
- Make informed decisions and recommendations independently under limited guidance
- Collaborate with multiple organizations to ensure successful project execution
