Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Over 5 years of experience in service delivery or management of IT operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills.
- Proficient in SLA management, incident management, and service reporting processes.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- PMI, ITIL, or comparable qualifications are advantageous.
Responsibilities

- Monitor service performance metrics and implement ongoing improvement strategies.
- Work in collaboration with internal teams to facilitate seamless project transitions and operational effectiveness.
- Identify potential risks, challenges, and opportunities in service delivery, proposing practical solutions.
