Requirements

- Strong troubleshooting capabilities and operational support expertise
- Familiarity with enterprise-scale environments
Responsibilities
- Administer, manage, and support sizable Hadoop node clusters within production settings
- Provide second and third-level production support for Hadoop platforms
- Monitor cluster performance, troubleshoot problems, and execute root cause analysis
- Address incidents, service requests, and operational challenges with accountability
- Collaborate with business users and technical teams to solve production issues
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and operational best practices
- Participate in on-call and support rotations as needed
