Requirements
Must:

Responsibilities
- Review, test, and validate software and hardware related to all technologies within our infrastructure
- Research and evaluate new products and resolve ongoing issues
- Manage a comprehensive repository of technical knowledge to provide insight and guidance on assigned infrastructure
- Stay informed about information affecting the lifecycle of any supported technology or product
- Assess and recommend new hardware and software solutions suitable for our environment
- Participate in analyzing enterprise requirements and implementing emerging technologies to meet long-term business goals
- Assist with various related projects as needed
- Conduct thorough testing, product reviews, and documentation efforts to ensure products meet customer business needs and mitigate security risks
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships and open channels of communication with vendors, operations, architecture, and management teams
