Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or higher in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Over 2 years of substantial experience in SAP or large ERP implementations
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in communications
- Candidates must currently reside within the continental U.S.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States now and in the future; employment eligibility verification will be required upon hiring; visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Responsibilities
- Create, develop, and execute a comprehensive multi-phase communication strategy to effectively articulate and endorse the programs vision and advantages at every phase
- Establish a strategic communications structure and guidelines for internal and external messaging
- Formulate change management and communication best practices by utilizing internal resources and fostering connections with subject matter experts.

This hybrid position requires on-site work 3 days a week in Charlotte, NC, and is anticipated to last over 12 months.
