Senior Research Scientist, AI/ML

- Design and implement cutting-edge AI/ML techniques for novel antibody design and discovery, including refining protein language models and generative protein design - Create, implement, and deploy sophisticated machine learning algorithms for the multi-objective optimization of antibodies, antigens, ADCs, and other biologics - Construct tools that integrate data from Design-Predict-Make-Confirm cycles with automated experimental platforms to generate quality data at scale for project-specific and foundational models - Innovate and apply predictive models for protein design and developability engineering using extensive NGS, in vitro, in vivo, and other proprietary and external data sources - Manage and analyze large biological datasets for model training and assessment - Keep up-to-date with advancements in NLP, ML, and generative AI to develop novel tools that enhance therapeutic discovery and development - Collaborate with internal experts to improve the computational discovery infrastructure, offering both individual and team-based innovative solutions - Effectively communicate complex scientific concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, promoting collaboration across multidisciplinary teams
