- Proficient in SDLC and Agile tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet) as well as PMI Methodology.
- Skilled in managing multiple technical projects, IT infrastructure, and digital product creation.
- Expertise in stakeholder communication, risk identification, budgeting, strategic planning, and roadmap development.
- Strong analytical skills, including problem-solving and financial analysis abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Experienced in organizing and optimizing project-related information and outcomes.
- Comfortable collaborating within cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
- I will manage the scope, schedule, cost, and quality of programs and projects to ensure they align with business objectives.
- Responsible for leading comprehensive IT and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) projects from initiation to completion, covering infrastructure upgrades, software development, and systems integration.
- I will oversee resource allocation based on team members’ skills and availability to promote effective use of resources.
- I will maintain detailed project oversight and ensure transparent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and essential metrics.
- I will identify and evaluate potential risks early to prevent any negative impact on project success, focusing on scope changes, resource constraints, and technical challenges.
- I will design and implement thorough risk mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum and safeguard key deliverables.
- Communication with key stakeholders about project status, risks, and achievements is crucial to me, ensuring successful delivery.
- I will guide project teams in adhering to governance policies while fostering a culture of compliance and accountability.
- I will actively engage with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to synchronize expectations, incorporate feedback, and proactively tackle concerns.
- Delivering clear, concise status reports to the leadership team and addressing any deviations from planned objectives is part of my role.
