Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in HVAC or related industries
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and product development processes
- Excellent analytical skills for market research and competitor analysis
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated capacity to innovate and translate complex ideas into actionable strategies
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
Responsibilities
- Define and implement actionable product strategies that align with corporate objectives
- Manage the entire lifecycle of Heat Exchanger products from ideation to end-of-life
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product positioning and roadmap development
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure product feasibility and functionality
- Lead product launches and track performance against sales and margin goals
- Evaluate proposed product additions and enhancements for compatibility with existing offerings
- Serve as the subject matter expert in application engineering and mechanical engineering within the product line
