Requirements
Must:
- Over 3 years of experience in a Help Desk Technician or similar customer support role
- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proficient with office automation tools, databases, and remote assistance technologies
- Solid understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and various tech products
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent interpersonal abilities, both face-to-face and in writing
- Customer-focused and able to perform well under pressure
- 1-3 years of experience with M365, Entra, Azure, or comparable cloud technologies
- 1-3 years of experience with on-premise Active Directory
- At least 1 year of experience with Intune/MDM platforms
- Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11 troubleshooting
- Practical experience in troubleshooting printers, inventory scanners, copiers, and similar hardware
- Fundamental understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, basic switching/routing)
- Minimum 1 year of experience with VOIP systems
Responsibilities
- Act as the initial contact for associates requiring technical support
- Conduct troubleshooting by employing diagnostic methods and relevant inquiries
- Identify the optimal resolution based on issues and information provided by users
- Guide customers through the resolution process step-by-step
- Escalate unresolved problems to higher-level support staff
- Deliver precise information regarding IT products and services
- Document issues and their resolutions in logs
- Follow up with customers to provide updates on their inquiries
- Relay feedback or suggestions from users to appropriate internal departments
- Recognize and recommend potential enhancements to processes
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
