Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a help desk technician or similar support role
- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Proficient with office automation tools, databases, and remote assistance technologies
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, mobile devices, and other technology products
- Capable of diagnosing and resolving basic technical challenges
- Fluency in English
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with individuals across all organizational levels
Responsibilities
- Act as the initial point of contact for employees requiring technical support
- Conduct troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques and relevant inquiries
- Evaluate and determine the most effective solution based on presented issues
- Guide customers through the problem-solving procedure
- Escalate unresolved problems to higher-level support staff
- Offer precise information regarding IT products and services
- Document incidents, issues, and their resolutions in logs
- Follow up to update customer status and information
- Relay any user feedback or recommendations to the appropriate internal teams
- Identify and propose potential enhancements to existing procedures
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
