SAP Business One Support Technician

In this role, I will provide first-level functional support to SAP Business One users across various departments, including Finance, Sales, Operations, and Warehouse. I will troubleshoot user issues related to SAP B1 and escalate more complex problems as needed. I will manage user roles, permissions, and master data within SAP B1 while creating and enhancing queries and reports through SQL and Crystal Reports. I will support business analytics by utilizing Power BI dashboards and ensuring data connections with SAP B1. I will also coordinate with our SAP Business Partner for training, issue resolution, and enhancement requests. As part of my IT support duties, I will offer Level 1 assistance for hardware, software, and connectivity matters. I will manage user setups, email access, and the onboarding and offboarding processes related to SAP. Furthermore, I will maintain an inventory of IT assets and track licenses, while supporting daily operations, including backups, antivirus management, and network connectivity. I will collaborate with our Business Partner to oversee data synchronization between SAP and other partners. It will be my responsibility to document both IT and SAP B1 support processes, and I will actively seek out automation opportunities and recommend improvements to boost efficiency.
