Requirements
Must:
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in IT support
- Strong technical knowledge of hardware/software issues
- Excellent interpersonal skills for client interaction
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services
- Proficient in network-level technical support
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
- Experience with support tools and techniques for IT services
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel for site work at customer locations
- Professional IT certifications are a plus but not mandatory
- Previous experience with ticketing systems is preferred
- Experience in an MSP or multi-site setting is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide IT support for hardware/software technical issues in various environments
- Deliver support for customer technologies, ensuring compatibility and specifications are met
- Assist with Microsoft 365 services as needed
- Offer technical services and support related to WAN and LAN connectivity, including routers, firewalls, security, and VPNs
- Maintain communication with clients to keep them updated on progress and service changes
- Utilize active listening and customer care skills to enhance customer interactions
- Diagnose technical issues effectively
- Engage in research and development as required for troubleshooting
- Match resources to technical issues appropriately with the right awareness
- Document work details and time consistently as tasks occur
- Collaborate with the team to improve customer service and satisfaction
