Must:
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria: - Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is highly preferred. - This role is fully on-site at our Vancouver office; please note it is not a hybrid or remote position—frequent in-person collaboration is essential to our team dynamics. - A degree or certification related to computer technology. - At least 5 years of experience providing workstation and end-user support, specifically with Windows 10 and Windows 11. - A minimum of 3 years in general network and server support. - Proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, and Outlook. - Experience with Windows and Apple computers, as well as iOS and Android devices. - A typing speed of at least 65 words per minute. - Self-driven, capable of working independently with minimal oversight. - Exceptional organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. - A valid Class 5 driver's license and access to a vehicle. - Ability to interact with clients using excellent customer service skills. - Skills in troubleshooting, analyzing issues, researching solutions, and escalating when necessary. - Ability to manage workload, prioritize requests, and report to a service manager. - Availability for after-hours support or projects. - A willingness to take on new and challenging tasks for personal growth.

Responsibilities

In this role, I will expect you to perform the following essential duties: - Provide support and troubleshoot within a Microsoft environment for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and servers. - Assist a range of clients from single office networks to complex, multi-site networks across the country. - Utilize help desk software to manage service tickets, track time, and document completed work. - Document hardware and software configurations as required. - Offer support through remote access, email, phone, and in person. - Manage Windows Server operations from 2008 R2 to 2016, focusing on Active Directory, file/folder security, and group policy management. - Set up equipment on-site, including working under desks and physically handling equipment. - Support the TOMDOTCOM server administration with hardware and software tasks and projects. - Assist with SMB and Cisco network equipment as needed. - Take on and manage special projects as they arise.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 annually, along with additional pay opportunities such as bonuses and overtime.
