Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, System Analysis, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 15 years of IT and business/industry experience, including architecture design and deployment, systems lifecycle management, and infrastructure planning and operations.
- A minimum of 10 years managing complex implementations of CPQ solutions and integration with CRM and ERP, especially SAP CPQ.
- Expertise in enterprise security and identity management, including SSO, OAuth, and SAML.
- Demonstrated experience with system integration patterns, APIs (REST, SOAP), middleware, and asynchronous architectures.
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP implementations and support is advantageous.
- Capability to proactively define future CPQ projects and conceive effective strategies and solutions.
- Strong communication skills to interface effectively with TKE partners and the IT community.
- Experience in educating and guiding peers on architectural standards and methodologies.
- Proven ability to align business needs with IT solutions, and engage with all management levels to assess requirements and deliver reliable technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Assist business leaders in visualizing Configure, Price, and Quote (CPQ) solutions to optimize sales processes through CRM and ERP integrations.
- Develop CPQ strategy, standards, and best practices in partnership with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and administrators.
- Work collaboratively with IT, business partners, and vendors to ensure the scalable design, development, and deployment of implementations and integrations.
- Propose and execute enhancements to optimize CPQ usage across manufacturing, sales, field service, and customer service processes.
- Configure advanced CPQ functionalities, pricing logic, workflows, and templates.
- Conduct comprehensive testing of solutions to confirm they meet both functional and technical specifications by performing regular system audits to maintain data integrity.
- Drive the cross-functional development of solutions, managing CPQ implementations including design, quality control, end-to-end testing, troubleshooting, and post-release support.
- Offer insights on implementation timelines and manage cross-functional expectations.
- Input into Quality Assurance processes to ensure minimal defects in functional and non-functional deployments.
- Participate in daily standups, discovery sessions, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings for the Salesforce team.
- Review and authorize the configuration and coding items deployed across environments, occasionally overseeing the quality assurance and deployment of CPQ and related system changes.
- Document technical designs, processes, and best practices, which may include providing technical training to cross-functional teams.
