Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Programming/Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience
- Over 8 years of experience as a Solution Architect with a focus on design, deployment, systems lifecycle management, and infrastructure planning
- Proven track record in designing, developing, and implementing software systems, especially in Service, Manufacturing, and Shared Services environments
- Experience in cloud-based technology implementation and integration
- Familiarity with Oracle database and middleware technologies, including OAF and ADF
- Knowledge of enterprise security, identity management (SSO, OAuth, SAML), data protection, and compliance
- Extensive experience with system integration patterns, APIs (REST, SOAP), middleware, and asynchronous architectures
- Comprehensive hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning, LWC, Flows, and APIs
Responsibilities
- Design Salesforce solutions in collaboration with clients to meet business requirements, ensuring scalability and efficiency
- Work alongside cross-functional teams such as business analysts, developers, and administrators to deliver cohesive solutions while reducing customizations
- Conduct comprehensive testing of solutions to verify alignment with functional and technical specifications, while performing system audits to maintain data integrity
- Recommend and implement enhancements to optimize Salesforce utilization in sales, field service, and customer service workflows
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on the end-to-end workflows in Salesforce Sales/Manufacturing Cloud, including Mulesoft integrations and Salesforce data modeling
- Lead cross-functional solution development, managing design, implementation, quality control, testing plans, troubleshooting, and post-release support for Salesforce
- Ensure stability within Salesforce while following TK Elevators engineering standards, including incident management, monitoring, alerting, and disaster recovery protocols
- Provide guidance on implementation timelines and set expectations across different functions
- Collaborate with IT and business partners to manage changes in implementation and integration processes within the Salesforce platform
- Participate in daily team activities such as standups, discovery sessions, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Review and authorize the deployment of configuration and coded items across environments, ensuring quality assurance and testing of Salesforce modifications
- Document technical designs and processes, and occasionally deliver training to cross-functional teams on best practices
